To ensure that you have a positive experience with us, know that;
- All products offered are subject to availability, and we will endeavour to supply you as soon as possible. We will advise you of the duration of the wait, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a credit for the transaction if you so choose.
- Note that prices may change at any time due to price fluctuations of raw materials.
- We cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery, and recommend that you inform us if you experience delays.
- We will replace faulty products or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase, however, we cannot except returns if you change your mind on the purchase. We welcome an email or a phone call to help you with your purchase.
