Join me, Catherine Laurent, accredited Ayurvedic practitioner with Suzi Donovan Yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra practitioner from Satyananda tradition. Together we will introduce you to the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra to guide you on a journey to discover the universe within and share insights into your true nature. Learn how to adopt self-nurturing practices to strengthen your connection to your authentic self and restore balance between your mind, body, heart and spirit.
The day will start at 9.30 am and will consist of 2 x 2 hour sessions with lunch in between.
