Time to clean up your act lighten up and experience joie de vivre.

SPRING IS HERE!

Do you find it difficult to say no and take on more than you can handle or do you clutter your home with more things that you can use?  Do you have a desire to lighten your load to find clarity and vitality to do more things that you enjoy?

Here are some recommendations to guide you towards decluttering your mind, cleansing your body from the inside and out and restoring order in your environment.

CLEARING YOUR MIND

Change your mantra and be the change you want to see in your life

  • Be clear on your intention - Start each day with a meditation
  • Identify your roadblocks and work out ways to overcome them. If time is a blockage, make time by waking up earlier.
  • Prioritise your day by doing what will make the most impact on your goal
  • Be specific as to how you are going to change a current habit to a new habit
  • Be clear on the time that you will repeatedly introduce this new habit

RESTORING ORDER IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT - spring cleaning

  • Is your organisation system working for you or not?
  • What items are essential and what are not? Get rid of what you no longer need
  • Organise a system that works for you
  • Remind yourself of what you are wanting to achieve
  • Be present and aware of your actions at all times
  • Take ownership of your outcomes, allow yourself to integrate with the results and feel the satisfaction
  • Use environmentally friendly cleaning products in your home

CLEANSING YOUR BODY FROM THE INSIDE AND OUT

  • Be organised and plan and shop ahead
  • Buy organic
  • Avoid processed foods, cook from scratch instead
  • Use toxin-free personal care products
  • Avoid artificial sweeteners and carbonated drinks
  • Avoid eating lifeless food
  • Avoid incompatible food combination

Note: Prior to a cleanse it is essential that all the elimination systems of the body are working optimally. If your body is compromised in any way it is best to check in with your health care professional prior to stating on a cleanse. A detox program needs to be specific for an individual, therefore, I recommend having a health assessment to identify an appropriate cleanse and duration of time for you. *The information below is not recommended for everyone, please email me on info@indriya.com.au before starting. At the end of the seven-day detox slowly introduce different food groups. Be gentle before you start to introduce foods that take a long time to digest and see how long you can go without introducing sweets, coffee, alcohol and packaged foods. Aim to stick to whole, home-cooked, slow-cooked using vegetables that are in season. Eat a diet with locally grown fruit and vegetables that are not sprayed with chemicals and sourcing poultry that are free-range and raised on an organic farm if possible. Introducing meats and fish into your diet purchased from a reliable source can be a challenge but worth exploring.

Bon Appetit
Cheers to reshaping your world to being the best version of yourself
